Design
Using advanced technology and software, our team has the tools and experience to design the most efficient layout suitable to the site. BIM technology, drone technology and project management software are used in conjunction to this end.
New Construction
With more than 5 decades of experience, we understand there are three things that matter most in a commercial construction project: getting it done right, getting it done on time, and getting it done within the budget. We provide commercial construction in Westchester, Dutchess, Putnam, Fairfield Counties and nearby areas.
Site Work
Nurzia’s site works division stages all commercial projects for success. We do this with experienced, well-trained professionals, and specialized equipment. We have the capability and expertise to self-perform the groundwork on any construction project, by strategically deploying our resources along with a dedicated frontline staff. Strong and lasting buildings are our speciality using our own industry standard of excellence in earth work preparations.
Private Buildings
As a fully licensed and bonded general contractor, Nurzia Construction can complete privately owned and funded construction projects–additions, renovations as well as design and new construction. We are non-union and fully compliant with OSHA standards.
Public Buildings
As full-service general contractors in commercial construction, we are experienced in certified payroll, workforce utilization plans, and M/WBE goals. Our past projects include firehouses, police stations and state-owned facilities.
